Did you miss IJ's comments about carriers wanting to move to 1X as quickly as possible? That we're about to see "very rapid acceleration" of 1X worldwide. That the "slump in a sense" (not "slump" -- the comment was in relation to the previous holiday quarter) was due to seasonality (duh), temporary inventory rebalancing and transitions to new chipsets. (Guess those carriers must be pretty eager for 1X.) Did you miss this: "The wireless Internet will really hit in 2001" leading to "many new uses for our chips" including putting CDMA on the motherboards of computers. Did you miss 70 million CDMA phones in 2000? The high percentage of design wins for MSM 3000 and 3100, and that they are gaining share? And that IJ foresees that Q will roll out MSM 5000 before others even have MSM 3100's capabilities? Some moron. Climber
