**Super, Super Bowl Announcement To All TPC current and future conetestants**
Contestants are once again competing for a prize. Beginning February 29th, the contestant who is leading the standings as of the close of the last trading day each month shall receive a cash prize in the amount of .125% of the total return of the Player's Club Speculative Future's Fund for that given month (also based on fund equity on the close of the last trading day of the month), assuming no prior return deficits existed. Thus, if in the first month of the fund, the equity rises from $100,500 to $200,500, a return of $100,000 would be the net amount the award would be based on, and a $125 prize will be awarded. If the next month, the fund equity dips to $170,000, no prize will be awarded. If the following month, the equity rises to $250,500, $50,000 would be the net amount the prize would be based on (as the previous month's $30,500 deficit would need to be made up before further prizes are awarded).
Contestants may monitor the PCSF fund performance by checking GZ's TPC contest entry, as his standing will reflect the fund's status. All contestants, including myself & GZ, are eligible for this prize. The prize will be paid strictly from MY earnings as the administrator of the PCSF fund. Neither the partnership nor any other partner thereof are responsible for awarding this prize. I will pay the prize by the 5th of every month with a personal check postmarked by the 5th.
This prize will be in effect month to month, and in the event of its termination, I will provide 45 days written notice prior to the end of the last contest month (i.e. If this prize were to no longer be in effect after May 31st, I would need to let contestants know by April 15th).
Current scores count & remain in effect. Restarts do not impact eligibility. In the unlikely case of a tie, the prize will be split. Any contestant found reporting inaccurate fill prices, whether on purpose or by mistake, will be warned the first time, and penalized $10,000 in equity for the second and any further offenses. Limit one entry per household. <g>
