GREAT VALUATION POST--READ IT!
Below I have reposted a valuation written by mikecbfs (not me). Please note that while the post was written 2/23/99, mikecbfs was only a couple of weeks off on his 12/31/99 value. Way to go mikecbfs. Also for those who don't know, BIOM used to be BIOMF.

I've noticed posts on this board that speculate on what the BIOMF price might be next week or next month. The speculation caused me to sit and write my own
scenario for this stock. I have in past posts indicated that BIOMF could reach a value of 1000 loongterm. But here is my scenario for 1999/2000... I hope it might
generate some similar responses ansd perhaps new information.

March 30, 1999=5.00... results out on PH1 trial with MUC-1 which show it to be very safe but no dramatic results which causes price to stay low... results are
not dramatic because the postings on this board have hyped the stock with statements like "MUC-1 vaccine completely elininated cancer in mice"... those
who post such nonsense need to re-read the Feb 1998 company release.

May 30, 1999= 8.50 recent Theratope bridging study results are released... the positive results are beginning to draw investor attention

August 30, 1999=10.00... BIOMF announces plans to go forward with PH2
trials of MUC-1 vaccine in combination with LIL-2... those who haven't read the Jan 1998 posting on why the adjuvant LIL-2 is so important won't have a clue as
to why this could be one of BIOMF's better moves... probably in lung and br.cancer

Dec 30, 1999= 14.00... not much new news on Theratope except that it is now 1 year from start of Theratope PH3 trials... only 6 months to go before projected
900 patient full enrollment... some analysts are beginning to see the potential if Theratope is app'd and review bridging trial results.

Feb 30, 2000= 30.00... BIOMF reports initial PH2 results on some lung cancer patients with MUC-1 vaccine/LIL-2 combo... why did these dramatic results not
reveal themselves in PH1 a year earlier?... because clueless analysts failed to read the Jan 1998 Nature's Medicine article on LIL-2 and why it is such an effective
adjuvant.

June 30 2000 = 50.00... more people are crawling over past data on both Theratope and MUC-1 vaccine... can now see Theratope approval coming by early 2001...
but MUC-1 has shown tumour reduction in patients meaning that the FDA could possibly have early approval on MUC-1/LIL-2 combo the same as the breast cancer drug Taxotere was approved right out of PH2 (Theratope had to go thru
PH3 because no dramatic demonstration of tUmor reduction only a significant life
extension vs. the control which unfortunately for approval is time dependent).

Dec 30, 2000= 80... projected 1st year Theratope sales will come in at 350 million projected from Herceptin sales of 150 million 1st year sales... but
Herceptin has only 30% of the indicated breast cancer market of Theratope and Theratope has 5 times the life extention potential.

When everything comes together in 2001/2002= 200... so for those who are worried about the price next week or next month, do yourself a favor... read the releases... come up with your own scenarios... but realize that it makes no
difference if the price is up or down in the short term... have patience and this could be a bigger story than Amgen or nearly any other biotech out there... you
must take a longterm view.
