Lizzie-

Once again, allow me to say that I am not talking about executives.

I am talking about the thousands of MSFT employees, rank and file now, who have, IN AGGREGATE, substantial numbers of vested MSFT stock options.

AGAIN, I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT GATES AND BALMER!!

I still say that the RANK AND FILE of MSFT enployees who hold, in aggregate, substantial numbers of vested MSFT stock options, may very well be selling, in aggregate, big-time over the next few years.

So please tell me, if you care to, based on MSFT fundementals and shifting leadership, why these rank and file MSFT employees would be so inspired to not sell any of their aging shares?

Victor
