Bid daddy, Hmmmm, sounds like the same bookkeeping that got 'em into this mess. Losing face with Bay/Wall/Main Street analysts takes a long time to repair. I'd give it 6 months to 2 years, depending on how well TUV can "sell" (read promote) themselves, and then only if the problem has really been fixed. Crucifying a CFO doesn't cut it, if the decisions came from higher up. PHIL
