There was No panic on the part of institutions on Friday. 90% of trades were on the buy side. Day traders coming and going out of this stock. There is heavy accumulation on JDSU which is good omen for longs.( as they say it in Wall Street, stock changing hands from loose to strong hands) Here is exact nature of trade on Friday:
