To All Pony Players, Captain Steve got demoted to shavetail Lieutenant today and my Privates were caught hanging out. <g> I didn't like his odds, but I put him on top anyway. He beat the Lucas horse by 4 lengths last time out and that horse beat him by about the same today. The winner in the photo was a horse who had never run on dirt. Guess he likes it. <g> They were my Trifecta, but not in the right order.

I couldn't catch one at Santa Anita or Bay Meadows, but I kicked patootie at Sundown. Penn National was snowing so hard they cancelled the last 4 races and IMHO, should have never run the ones they ran.

And the gambling rules have been violated permanently. The three basic rules to gambling are: 1. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. 2. Never increase your bet when you are losing. 3. Never bet on the dogassed Rams. #3 is now history. The Titans sure had grit. Too bad they didn't have a first three quarters. <g>
