Greetings,

I was able to tke advantage of this strategy with EGRP. Yesterday, following a favorable Q2 announcement, the stock shot up to 18-5/8 and I wrote the July 20 cc's, earning a 2.25 premium. Today the stock took a beating, and I bought back the calls for an additional 1-3/16 premium. Though the stock itself is hurting, this cc strategy has alowed me to significantly lower my cost basis. If the stock manages to peak again, I'll be there writing the cc's again, and buying them back when Greenspan announces another interest rate hike!

I think I'm really going to like implimenting these various cc strategies!

Best regards,
-Mark
