The NASD and the market may be shooting its self in the foot. From what I have read and seen, the small individual investor has helped the tremendous run up in this market.. When the market slides to the down side the small investors have had the will to buy and support this market. If they take this buying power away from the individual investor they may have to support this market themselves. I am not sure they will do that. Just a thought, any other opinions?
