Why do you think the stock will not hit $20 or higher upon approval of the KPN deal? Stocks are worth what the market says they are worth--no more, no less. So far, the market disagrees with your assessment of a $1 value by a factor of 10. I have done my homework. Should KPN take over this vehicle--and that seems to still be a go--the values they can bring will be much greater than what we see today. KPN, a company with a $40 billion market cap, has spent time and money negotiating a takeover of "this crap." Why? My guess is that they see the possibility of turning their purchase of shares at $1 or so into 40x or 50x profit, which would commonly be the return expected on what is in reality a venture investment. Do you have information that they have no such plan? When the KPN approval neared the last time, we were over $20. Doesn't this signal to you a price settling well above $20 when approval is final?
