Thanks Fred

Re: " It may be well to lease out the excess space at Scotts Valley, but how many pressing tasks can come first?"

As many as necessary. Would you fly in an airplane of a pilot, or go under heart surgery of a doctor who said as much; "how many pressing tasks can come first?".

Have you never heard of Dale Carnegie; I.E. good leaders hire experts and then delegate task to those experts. There are just too many real estate experts in the world to accept a continuation of these expenses. They can rent, lease, sell or donate those expenses with artistic ability.

I find it extremely rare that Borland/Inprise cannot do something with those dead expenses if they choose to. I'm beginning to believe there are some old thinking bigwig types on the board who are afraid to let go of, or lose their stature? Or maybe something similar? Like they may know if these expense go suitor's will come acalling. And if INPR gets bought out there goes all their stature perhaps?

These are only thoughts of mine but I wanted to get them out for comments.
