Looking at potential position trades in the pipelines. TSE sub-index recently bounced up (weak ADX). I'm thinking they will pull back down (sub-index down to 3550?). It's trading at four year lows, so definitely not in favour. However, during market weakness, investors may look for utility type stocks that pay dividends (and since equity prices are relatively low...) - the spectre of rising interest rates would normally dampen this movement, so I'm not sure about this. The other down side is that I note Investment Reporter stated all three companies comprising this sub-index are good buys (Ward, I know you can appreciate the risk this poses <ggg>). Have a good one.
