ERIC DAVID
RATES GO ONLINE NETWORKS (OTC-BB) GONT
STONG AND ATTRACTIVE BUY.

Steven Weiss, President and CEO of Eric David & Sons, Inc.
(a financial marketing, management, and consulting company)
has come out with a Strong long and short term buy recommendation
on GONT - GO ONLINE NETWORKS
with a short term target of $2.50 and long term target of $10.00.

Go online networks has 3 divisions:
Internet kiosk division
auctionomics (auctionomics.com)
shop go online(shopgoonline.com)

this current Eric David report will mostly report on the Internet kiosk
division and supplement the other 2 divisions in a short time, so
keep in tune.

Steven weiss had an opportunity to use a go online Internet kiosk on a
recent business trip and was impressed to say the least.
Mr. weiss stated that the Internet kiosk business in his opinion will be
the telephone booths of the 21st century and feels that
GONT will be a front-runner in this explosive industry.

Some of you may ask "what is a kiosk"?
The answer is simple as pie!
Think of them as computers in a box!
These self- contained, self service units
contain a personal computer, a keyboard, printer and chair.
They are in very sleek consoles and are very user friendly.
You will find these kiosks in airline terminals, convention centers, hotel
lobbies, tourist information areas, malls and department stores.
They accept cash or credit cards and cost approx. 20-25 cents per minute.
They are simple to activate and do not require that the user own a computer.

Mister Weiss stated that you are going to see Internet kiosk's start to penetrate
the 2.2 million U.S.A. pay phone outlets. As broader bandwidths and better
high-access speed technologies come about, what you are going to see over
these kiosk's is ip telephony and video teleconferencing and with the
convergence of these services right at the pay phone level!!
This will surely make inroads in the existing pay phone industry.
This alone will be explosive for GONT Share Price.

On January 18, 2000, Go Online Networks
reported that by Feb 7, 2000 it will have installed its 200th Internet kiosk.

Mister
Naughton also stated that they should have between 800-1,000 Internet
kiosks by the end of 2000 and over 2,000 by the end of 2001 which will
enhance revenues big time. The go online kiosk division also provides
advertising and media buying services to a growing number of clients across
the country. Combine this with his other 2 divisions and we have a very strong
financial growth picture for go online networks.

The go online network kiosks are manufactured by info touch technologies
corp. Each kiosk is designed to the specifications of go online networks. Mister
Hamed Shahbazi, chairman and ceo of info touch technologies sees this
relationship with go online networks as a level of understanding not found
in most industries today. Mr. Naughton's contact base enables info touch to
quickly access this field and with the combined insights, should yield some
very exciting results!!
Currently you can use a go online kiosk in some of the largest hotel chains
in the USA.
Here are just a few that we found.

ramada inn's
best western
holiday inns
days inns
red carpet inns
howard johnsons
comfort inns

Also of major interest are the go onlines other 2 divisions.
shopgoonline (shopgonline.com) and
auctionomics (auctionomics.com)

Go online networks had a very interesting press release on January 24, 2000 in regards to an agreement with Panoscan to develop effective e-commerce imaging to enhance sales volume. Panoscan has a very interesting technology as they design and manufacture the only digital panoramic camera available ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD that captures 360 degree image
