I would cool it on the euphoria for now. No one has announced a state contract yet, and I would give ELOT the edge on the first contract. This is their raison d'etre. I can't say the same thing for the lotterychannel.com, and MDIH is a scratch off company.

At any rate, there is always plenty of room for competitors and their rising stock values at the beginning of a new industry. Look at Yahoo, Alta Vista, & Lycos or Commerce One and FreeMarket.com. Who will win in the end?
