IF one is to "believe" all that has been presented and spoken about for the past 2 years at NMTX, one would be led to believe that NICO is the future of our company. In the past we have watched tremendous amounts of R&D funds go into losing product developement, BUT that goes with the turf.

Is NICO the answer? I believe it is. Is management promoting it as efficiently as I'd like - time will tell, but for this time being I am very dissapointed with the results. It is stated that LaC fears walking the production floor, hides in solitude in his office (when in Wallingford), and is at a complete lose as to motivating his less that qualified team of managers. His "produce or else . . ." threats continue almost a year later to be just that - idle threats.
