Transactions On January 27, 2000, FEJH entered into an ISDA Master Agreement with a broker-dealer (the "Dealer"), pursuant to which FEJH may sell up to 3,500,000 shares of the Common Stock to the Dealer and pledge up to 3,500,000 shares of the Common Stock to the Dealer.
