today launched a new generation of industry-standard ProLiant Servers and NeoServers, management
tools and packaged CarePaq services offered with every server.(1) Companies ranging from small

entire ownership lifecycle -- from purchase through implementation, recovery, upgrade and retirement.

Compaq also announced the realignment and repositioning of its market leading ProLiant servers into
two distinct lines focusing on emerging customer needs. Building on its leadership in density optimized,
powerful rack mount servers, Compaq announced the new ProLiant DL Line of servers to meet the
requirements of the exploding ISP/ASP marketplace and other ''server farm'' environments.

Coming soon, Compaq intends to introduce a new addition to the ProLiant DL Line, code named
