(OTC Bulletin Board: QTEK - news) today announced orders for aperture card imaging equipment from GTE Airfone, a business unit of GTE Service Corporation located in Oakbrook, Illinois (NYSE: GTE - news). The Quintek system will help to increase the efficiency of record management efforts and allow GTE Airfone to easily create a permanent 100 year record of online digital information. Quintek's patented technology provides the only means available today for producing aperture cards directly from digital files using a chemical-free process.

GTE offers local and wireless phone service in 29 states, long-distance service and Internet access in all 50 states, and serves over 6.5 million customers in other countries. GTE Airfone specializes in providing digital phone service for airline passengers, with their systems installed on Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Midwest Express, Trans World Airlines, and United Airlines, among others.

Quintek supplies chemical-free equipment, software, media, and services used to preserve digital data and insure against information loss due to catastrophic events, computer virus, technology obsolescence, equipment failure, media degradation, change in formatting standards, and software incompatibility.
