TTOSBT,

I have no wish to be argumentative; I was suggesting that these things take time. The analogies of the pilot and the heart surgeon may not be valid, since, in both cases, they have a single responsibility. I don't think that's the case with the management of INPR. As far as Scotts Valley is concerned, there is a possibility that the issue is being addressed, if the exchanges between David Miller and David Ray (around message 4150) have any validity:

Question: "Didn't they lease out part of the Scotts Valley facility to another company?"
Response: "I wasn't aware of that; I can envision that something of this nature might have been the basis for the writedown..."

I'm sorry that I can not offer any comments about the board members. I am not good at guessing the intentions of people I don't know. I'll admit that my tendency to give them the benefit of the doubt has not always been profitable ... but it has insulated me from useless stewing about things I can't control.

I'm afraid, since I am responding to specific items in your message, that I am not making it clear how much I appreciate the issues you raise. They have led to an excellent and informative discourse.

Thank you,

Fred
