LT count to 10/98 low remains the same.

Minor 5 of Intermediate 3 of Primary 5 of Cycle 5 was the impulse to 7/99 high.
From 7/99 high to 10/99 low a classic correction. It looks a bit small to be the dreaded intermediate 4, but it was long enough (3 months) and certainly deep enough (over 13% top to bottom) to qualify.
From 10/99 low to 12/31/99 high could be minor 1 of intermediate 5 but could equally be the entire intermediate 5. The minimal requirements were met, and if we drop below 10/99 low of SPX 1233 then 12/31/99 was certainly THE END for the bull. Completing the supercycle from the 1930s low, and time for the seven lean cows to rise from the Mississippi.
