JDN, RE: Speaking only to your paper industry comments, perhaps with the rapid growth of the internet and the way we access data today paper needs are also declining.

If that was true, you would see a decline in demand. On the contrary, demand in the paper industry has remained closely correlated with GDP, and that is why prices are rising.
