Not only do we license their technology, but we have been assured that eFunds will lend the prestige of the Deluxe name (even after its IPO) to our efforts. They do what we need. It's kind of like we have signed up with NYCE (I am just using analogy) and now we approach a Bank for settlement. Our entree will be assured and the eFunds can help carry us through the process. Meantime, Rogel Tecq still works on the Linux server, etc. The combination of the 3 (eConnect, Rogel Tecq and eFunds) should get us from point A to point Z efficiently and seamlessly. manny
