The Thermal Combuster was first designed back in the 80's by Calvin and David Hand, it was perfected and filed for patent in 1985 with Mr. Abrams assistance..as a matter of fact both Hand and Abrams's name appear on the first patent although it is owned now by Mr Abrams and Licensed
to Nathaniel Engery. As for Headquarters, the company owns a 27 acre facility in Hutcheson Texas, the corporate office is in Castle Rock where Mr.Abrams lives.

The IR person of record is Mr. Cesar Muniz, his direct number is 813-814-2725, other numbers listed on press releases are jfax numbers for the convienence of callers both overseas and long distance.

As for the drop in price range, the upper range is 5 1/2 to 6 1/2, early in its public trading less distribution and no 144 sellers, since 9/99 about 300,000 have been lifted by old shareholders, current public float is 2,000,000 but the effective float is about 600,000 total.
