Hi Process Boy:

Please don't misunderstand me...Intel may indeed do well in Y2000, but the indicators that I factor in my earnings equation suggests to me that AMD will provide an eps greater than Intel, even if Intel comes in at $3.50...

The "caveat emptor" with respect to the article you have presented is that Intel, of late, has fallen short on promises made for the top end of the microprocessor market place...I'd wait until Intel demonstrates via performance that they can deliver on promises, given their very troubling recent performance, especially since this recent negative Intel performance may indeed signal much more significant and deeply rooted problems in their microprocessor division .
