We've beat that issue up ad-nauseum. Yes I would buy the former because of the premium paid for it.

I don't understand why ETEK is down so much compared with JDSU unless there's news that the deal is not going well.

I haven't heard anything or seen anything so far.

so....that either an opportunity or a problem.
