Hi, SM like TM and R (with a circle) are all legal things for servicemarks and trademarks. notifies all that they are protected or in process of registration with Patents and Trademarks (US Gov). SM and TM are both not new. They are "pending" registrations. When the PTO finally gets around to checking and granting final status, the mark will change to a "circle" R. Looks like the lawyers are getting us protected. Good, since these are details often neglected in small companies. Bobby
