I just talked to Anson at EISQ 1. Does EISQ plan on filing with SEC? Anson: Yes they re working on it but he wasn't sure of the timing of the filing. 2. How many outstanding shares is there? Anson: 16 million 3. How much in the float Anson: 10 million 4. Will there be news soon? Anson: Yes there will be exciting news coming out about the develoments with EISQ, HWP and Orical tie in together. These things should take place within 1 1/2 to 2 months. He stated this should get things really moving. He was new and was still learning about the Co. But very up beat about what was going IMO. Well I hope this helps, Not sure if I got everything down.
