market share.
3.What competition is out their for myE-desk?
Hotoffice.com and Desktop.com are the two major competitors within the
Online Desktop field. You can check out their respective websites to gain
a better understanding of the market that myE-desk will enter into.
4.Will the stock go up because of this acquisition?
This common question is one I am not allowed to answer, however I can
provide information so that you the investor can answer and better
understand your self. Discuss this question with your broker as he/she can
speculate on market price. Some things to consider are:
A. This new acquisition is of the same magnitude as that of
Siegsoft.com,
This same potential is being introduced.
B. myE-desk should attract a strong interest from the
mainstream media, most of the media that we got on SiegeSoft.com should
have a renewed interest as result of this second acquisition from the same
15 year old.

Chicago teenage programming geniuses Rishi Bhat and Chaitanya Mehra have
teamed up with Rocca Resources Ltd to create a superbly conceived online
Internet productivity tool, myEdesk.com.
Built to handle group communications and time and data management for both
private and corporate computer users, myEdesk will become another major
building block in Roccaûs suite of Internet software products.
myEdesk is a web-based service, which allows a small company or individual
users, to use the Internet as its primary corporate network, as well as
offering the private individual a fast, dependable way to access his or her
desk top from any Internet-connected computer.
Armed with a PC and an Internet connection, a small business user can now
tap into a fully-secured, network environment, specifically geared to
generate responsive, functional solutions for day-to-day needs and
problems.
myEdesk users can now rely on an array of services, from e-mail, one step
document publishing and posting and online directory assistance, to virtual
