Something was posted on the NT thread about Canada changing the 10% rule to 25%. That seems to belie the earlier hype there that the 10% rule wouldn't force selling. Still, what appear to be machinations can't be good. It seems to indicate that they think they need to change the rules to keep NT's price up. Or, at least, to stanch the flow.
