I'm far from well versed in the advances made in spinal cord injuries, but I unless I'm just woefully uninformed, I think the ad created perhaps a feeling of "false hope". Unless we have science to substantiate the notion the Christopher Reeves will be "walking" any time soon, it seemed almost cruel to create that impression. Coupled with the fact that it was an investment company sponsoring the ad, and not a biotech, there was just something unseemly about it.

The fourth quarter was awesome. Warner's 73 yard touchdown pass should've taken the wind out of Tennesee, it was a tribute to the Titans that they made a final, impressive drive. Having both teams not miss a week before the SupeBowl was key to both teams keeping their momentum. I'm convinced that was a big part of why the game was so exciting. I hope they don't go back to the 2 week layoff before the game.
