The stock seems to have some pressure on the up side in Canada, closed at $.46 US in Canada yesterday. Symbol APT on the Vancover exchange. The ask in Canada is $.54 so looks like buying here in the states today at $.4375 is the advantage. Maybe one could play some games here with this situtation.:)
