SEC S8 Filed: Employee Incentive Plan freeedgar.com ASTN files an S8 with the SEC. This is an incentive program for its employees. The amount of shares is not significant to the outstanding, but is a nice amount for incentive purposes. This S-8 filed today registers shares of ASTN so employees, including directors, can exercise some of their options to buy shares of ASTN under the 1999 Incentive Plan. 266,027 shares being registered under this S-8
