Bargain-hunters in the technology sector could lead an opening rally, said Bill Meehan, the chief market analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, in Darien, Conn. ''You get the worst week ever on the Nasdaq, and some positive news, and we'll get some people coming in saying that technology is the new be-all of everything,'' Meehan said.
