I'm reasonably sure that internet casinos will ultimately be legal because governments will discover the utter futility of trying to ban it. For example, if ISP's are forced to filter out internet gaming websites, gamblers can bypass ISP's and just dial in direct with their modems. And never underestimate the lust of politicians for painless sources of revenues, like from gambling.

And if online booksellers and online industrial parts auctioneers can capture the imagination of the stock market, I'm sure internet gaming will soon also. And internet lotteries have already been approved. The Kyl bill passed the Senate with an exemption for lotteries, and the House is even more pro gaming and pro states' rights.

That said, so many of these internet gaming stocks are OTC.BB. So getting quotes or following them on charts is hard to do. Datek won't even trade OTC.BB stocks. That's one of the main reasons I bought ELOT in the first place. Plus their annual report says that they know of no one competing in their arena yet--gaining governmental approval of internet lottos. I have never read of MDIH's negotiations with the states. LetteryChannel.com just gives results and has games.
