Francois, I picked up some AILP this morning. ALPNET currently at 4 15/16's is a profitable company whose primary business is based on their multilingual XML translation expertise:
finance.yahoo.com
I think this company has quite a bit of upside left in it going forward this year. Recent press releases have outlined a business plan that will take advantage of their XML technologies in a very diverse market. Later this year they will begin to market their products in a very hot growth market as an ASP ( Application Service Provider ). In addition they have already announced that they have enabled Red Hat's latest Linux version for the global market. This company even has well established roots in China where its services are used by a wide variety of industries. Consider the following:
ALPNET began its operations in China in 1995. Today, ALPNET China services the globalization needs of companies like Oracle, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Intel, Red Hat, Novell, Lotus, Chrysler, Baan, Bosch, Ericsson, Nokia and Rockwell. ALPNET was the first multilingual information services company to set up an Asian network of offices. The Asian network consists of office in China, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, and Japan.
AILP might be worthy of inclusion on the Internet Asia + Indexes.
Thanks, RTS |
