Is this stock DEAD?? Down 50% Today?? Why?? Is it ever coming back?? Is it good time to buy??

Just looking at it...As they say buy low sell high...looks like good time to buy when everyone else seems to hate...but the company has to survive..

Any opinions will be appreciated
