Mozingo: Good point. It all depends on how desperate AHP is and 1. How PFE and PG feel about phen phen liability and 2. How ambitious PG is for AHP OTC products. It seems like their is a lot less risk in dividing up WLA. On the other hand they save 2 billion. Very interesting. JFD
