This is true. They did not make any Corp. buy backs in Nov and Dec. Instead the Insiders purchased stock on a company sponsored plan. On advice of atty's they were told to not do both at the same time. Now that Corp. sponsored insider plan is complete, I assume they could proceed with Corp buy back. Hope this makes sense.
