I agreed with your analysis that the $200MM PR on Friday would be seen as dilution by some if not most but am interested to know why you believe the stock is behaving as it is this afternoon. I personally thought it would settle down somewhere in the mid-lower 70's. I have a small position in my retirement account for the long long term.
