FUBU and DKNY...THIS STOCK COULD GO SOMETHWERE NOW!
PVH SIGNS LICENSE FOR FUBU DRESS SHIRTS AND
NECKWEAR

According to Al Moretti, President of The
Designer Group, Division of Phillips-Van
Heusen Corporation, "Fubu" The
Collection represents unique growth potential for both our
companies. It is the first time the Fubu brand, already an outstanding
consumer lifestyle label, will be available in dress shirts and
neckwear.

This gives The Designer Group
immediate entry into one of the
fastest-growing market segments in the
menswear industry. Fubu The
Collection will also provide balance
within The Designer Group which also
holds the Geoffrey Beene, DKNY and
Etienne Aigner licenses for dress
shirts.

Dress shirt and
neckwear design will
mirror the young,
cutting edge attitude
that typifies Fubu
The Collection
apparel. Fabrics are colorful, vibrant and include
cotton, micro-blends, rayon, cotton and rayon
blends.

The first collection is
scheduled for national
distribution to department
and specialty stores for Fall
2000. An earlier edition
collection will be available
to selected retailers for
Father's Day. There will be
4 lines a year.
