Thanks, Ron. My asking questions here instead of wasting time trying to find information at other places is twofold. First of all, I know that if I ask a question, you are likely to be the first to volunteer the answers in order to demonstrate your vast knowledge of everything. It's a real ego boost for you and an opportunity for you to sound smart. Second, I'm sure you are annoyed which is why I post here in the first place even though I know that you won't stop with just an informative reply. It's that extra little oomph you give; kind of like a territorial pissing contest. Ok, Ron. You win. You can piss further than anyone else in the room. But, you're the one who traded in that partnership for worthless GRE stock. You must be proud!
