Kenneth: I think the fact that Procyte has decided not to undertake on its own the Phase III of Tricomin tends to take that added upside speculation for another hair regrowth product. The company is going to have to come up with a substantial sales account for its products. I would like to see them link with a major medical company to lend long term viability. Their plan to go it alone with their own sales force is very speculative as evidenced by the current price. I am wondering if the downside price pressure is due to Brinson Partners unwinding their position in the stock. Near term the only encouraging move would be insider buying and I don't think the insiders have that much courage! No to the NOVL question! Vip
