There are a couple of parts of this whole on-line gaming thing that keep me from putting more money into either MDIH or ELOT although I have shares of both at the present.'

First is this matter of closed loop systems. As the KYL bill stands was sent to the House Judiciary committee it does not allow for internet sales originating from anyone's home.

The second is that the traditional gaming industry will work very hard to prevent this foot in the door from damaging their investment. There is a tremendous amount of investment in Las Vegas alone.

The third and to me, the real sticking point, is the idea that buyers will probably have to register at government controlled sites and they're purchases will be noted and their winnings taxed, even the small ones. And while the winnings can be offset by the losses, I'm not sure that I would want the government to know exactly how much disposable income I have. Even though I invest in the companies, I'm not sure I would ever buy tickets on line.
