OMICRON TECHNOLOGIES UPDATE - January 31, 2000

This update is a reminder to all shareholders that the symbol for Omicron Technologies, Inc. has been temporarily changed from OGPS to OGPSE. It is standard procedure for the “E” to be placed there 30 days prior to any company that has to comply with meeting fully reporting requirements. There has been no material effect on the business affairs of the company and we expect to have approval shortly
