Nobody is.. and until you lose you are really just playing in a lucky bull market. Its the mettle you have when its down that really counts. Not having too much invested in one particular stock or sector (i.e. NTBK) and leaving yourself 'leeway' and stops on every trade even setting trailing stops on longer term holds. Dealing in only the 'best of sector' and not just 'news' stocks that are only good for one day and promptly get shorted the next. I saw that in October 1998 and have no illusions now either. I leave a lot on the table in the internet sector but I see the glass as half full and not half empty.
