Also, ELOT has said that they no longer consider bans on internet lotteries a possibility. Obviously, MDIH has come to the same conclusions.

ELOT has been working exclusively on the goal of internet lotto sales for almost a year, building the instrastruture, software, and personnel. As far as I know, the same can't be said for MDIH and Lottery Channel.
