Wayne, this was about the silliest rally I've ever seen. The Govt. tells the dummies that they are reducing the number of long term bonds. They neglect to mention that they are issuing more T-Bills plus a little to make this a net addition to US debt. So, instead of paying on low interest long term bonds, we are opting for short term securities while rates are rising. Borrowing short to lend long. Dumb, dumb, dumb. And the bulls love it. <g>
