Thanks for both references. I particularly like the intraday chart so we can see where the action really! was. Looks excellent. My assumption has been that Jack was looking for the best deal he could get for PMA and Capscape. Either the deals in place or the results of the AOL lawsuit look VERY favorable to someone! best to all that have taken their licks on this one. later, leroyt
