I'm not sure of the complete intent of your msg, but it looks like at the time of your post it would have been a good trade :-)

I short put SPX Apr1350 on Friday and closed out today for a small profit (about 15% of the prem captured). I will probably put it back at some point later. my guess is that by Apr EX, I would have been fine on it. but at this time I'm a little less confident on the mkts.
I'm often early or late which is why I always give myself plenty of cushion.
