That guy has been wrong more times than a weatherman. Paul, you and I both know that the markets, at times, can be more unpredictable than the weather. Right now they are caught between a rock and a hard place.....earnings increases have been priced in while the Feds threaten to raise interest rates all thru 2000. That's why I think it won't be until March, with the approach of Q1 earnings reports, that stocks will start moving again. ted
